This is my NEW journal for tracking what foods I eat, any before and after photos I may take, and any exercising that I may do in the course of the day. I did this before, you can still see my old journal over at [info]astral_foodlog, but became pregnant with twin girls so gained loads of weight. I am ready to try again! Last time I lost 71lbs, so we'll see how well I do this time!
